Simply put, our Uverse has never worked right. It was installed on December 17th, and TV was added on January 28th. Since then I have had to call support to reboot the whole house system, because we have no TV, no internet, and no phone. UV Realtime (screenshots) shows pure evidence as to why our Uverse is complete CRAP! We had tech number 13 at the house yesterday, and it is worse!
